Never alone

"A teenage girl about 17 had gone to visit some friends 1 nite & time passed quickly as each shared stories of the past year. She ended up stayin' longer than planned & had to walk home alone. She wasnt afraid because it was a small town & she lived only a few blocks away. As she walked along under the elm trees Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm or danger. When she reached the alley which was a short cut to her house she decided to take it. However halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he was waiting for her. She became uneasy & began to pray asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness & security wrapped around her. When she reached the end of the alley she walked right passed the man & arrived home safely. The following day she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just 20 mins. after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy & the fact that it could have been her she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety & to help this young woman she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a line up to see if she could identify him. She agreed & immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told that he had been identifiedhe immediately broke down & confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery & asked her if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man 1 question. Diane was curious as to why he did not attack her. When the police asked him he answered "Because she wasn't alone, she had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly whether u believe or not, ur never alone." by ~ Unknown

I Believe that we are never alone, though we may feel that we have no one, we are not alone. We have a Heavenly Father that loves each of us so much. Father, that is what we call him. Does a good father leave his child alone in an unknown area. Well Our Father will not leave us alone in an unknown situation.

"An atheist was seated next to a young girl on an airplane and he turned to her and said, "Do you want to talk? Flights go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger." The little girl, who had just started to read her book, replied to the total stranger, "What would you want to talk about?" " Oh, I don't know," said the atheist. "How about why there is no God, or no Heaven or Hell, or no life after death?" as he smiled smugly. "OK," she said. "Those could be interesting topics but let me ask you a question first. A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat the same stuff - grass. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, but a horse produces clumps. Why do you suppose that is?" The atheist, visibly surprised by the little girl's intelligence, thinks about it and says, "Hmmm, I have no idea." To which the little girl replies, "Do you really feel qualified to discuss why there is no God, or no Heaven or Hell, or no life after death, when you don't know crap?" And then  went back to reading her book." By ~ Unknown

No one can tell me there is no God. I can no more tell you the taste of salt than why I know there is a God. Just to look at a setting sun or a blooming rose you can see Gods love for us. He must be real for His love embraces us every step of the way. He sees all shethat we do and has sent his sun to take our hands and help us through the hardest parts. He is there, we are his and no one and nothing can make me believe other wise.
