So many say " boy, my life sucks", "I hate life" or perhaps even " when will this life be over?" Well what if it was? Have you done every thing you have ever wanted to do? I dare say that no man nor woman can look me in the eye and tell me that they have done every thing they have ever wished to do. I know I have not. I have so much still to live for. I have not found true love I have not had my children I have not seen the ocean or even tried to skip rocks on a pond. And when those things have came I am sure that I will have much more that I will wish to do. Life is not about the now or the past but the future. And yet if we do not live in the now and strive for the future than our future will slip away from us. If you were told the day you were going to die what would you be doing now? I am sure one you would not be reading my blog. You would be out doing all you can to live your life to the fullest.
Me I would not go sky diving or rocky mountain climbing. I would be going to each of those that I love, Family and dear friends and hugging them and just being with them one last time. I would put aside my fears and let others know all my deep feelings. I would dance and sing my heart out no matter who was watching." I Would love deeper" I would skip rocks on every pond I could find til I learned how. I would smile every moment of every day. I would not let one moment slip away.
My life has been Beautiful and I am thankful for it.
Sadly I do not think I hugged any one.. I don't even think my sister hugged me and she usually hugs me every day like 5 or more times... hmm how sad. Well I must honor that day some how! so I shall Post lots about hugging!

"There is so much hugging at Pascack Hills High School in Montvale, N.J., that students have broken down the hugs by type: There is the basic friend hug, probably the most popular, and the bear hug, of course. But now there is also the bear claw, when a boy embraces a girl awkwardly with his elbows poking out.
There is the hug that starts with a high-five, then moves into a fist bump, followed by a slap on the back and an embrace.
There’s the shake and lean; the hug from behind; and, the newest addition, the triple — any combination of three girls and boys hugging at once.
“We’re not afraid, we just get in and hug,” said Danny Schneider, a junior at the school, where hallway hugging began shortly after 7 a.m. on a recent morning as students arrived. “The guy friends, we don’t care. You just get right in there and jump in.”
There are romantic hugs, too, but that is not what these teenagers are talking about.
Girls embracing girls, girls embracing boys, boys embracing each other — the hug has become the favorite social greeting when teenagers meet or part these days. Teachers joke about “one hour” and “six hour” hugs, saying that students hug one another all day as if they were separated for the entire summer."

How it all started:
I'd been living in London when my world turned upside down and I'd had to come home. By the time my plane landed back in Sydney, all I had left was a carry on bag full of clothes and a world of troubles. No one to welcome me back, no place to call home. I was a tourist in my hometown.
Standing there in the arrivals terminal, watching other passengers meeting their waiting friends and family, with open arms and smiling faces, hugging and laughing together, I wanted someone out there to be waiting for me. To be happy to see me. To smile at me. To hug me.
So I got some cardboard and a marker and made a sign. I found the busiest pedestrian intersection in the city and held that sign aloft, with the words "Free Hugs" on both sides.
And for 15 minutes, people just stared right through me. The first person who stopped, tapped me on the shoulder and told me how her dog had just died that morning. How that morning had been the one year anniversary of her only daughter dying in a car accident. How what she needed now, when she felt most alone in the world, was a hug. I got down on one knee, we put our arms around each other and when we parted, she was smiling.
Everyone has problems and for sure mine haven't compared. But to see someone who was once frowning, smile even for a moment, is worth it every time."
I think we just all need a hug! I know a hug always brightens my day.
