More Beauty Tips from Bellah

If your reading this, your beautiful and everything is going to be okay.
Girls Grow on Trees! Oh wait that is Twigs and sicks. Sorry more and more girls are trying to look like sticks that I got slightly missed up

If a man want to love a stick send him to the woods there are lots there for him to pick out. How can a guy like hugging a woman whose bones are likely to stab him. While looking up some stuff on the Internet I also ran across an article that states that some men also find a small potbelly more natural looking and thus making her more attractive. I don't believe every I read but I can also see where this article is coming from. It states "Men like women to feel soft and curvy, so a little potbelly can be a turn-on and give a woman that natural look. "If she's not 'perfect', then he doesn't feel he has to be either."

Did you know that many men find no make up more attractive than when you wear tons of make up. Yes a little eyeliner here or lip gloss there is nice. But some men find it kinda a turn off when they kiss you and end up with half a pound of bright lipstick smeared all over them.

Girls you strive to have a thin thin face and big full lips lips end up looking like a Duck.

“Happiness is the most attractive accessory a young woman can have.
The world prizes body-baring “beauty.” Hollywood markets it, advertisers exploit it, and the media promote it. The Lord, however, “seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7). The kind of a man a virtuous woman wants to marry also “seeth not” as the natural man seeth. He will be drawn to the true beauty she radiates from a pure and cheerful heart. The same is true for a young woman looking for a virtuous young man." ~Unknown
I often feel like a red Tulip,  "normal" looking,  lost in a Meadow of more stunning beautiful bright yellow. But If all the rest of the world is yellow all the same would not you be the one most noticed? Not for your so thought " Plainness" But for the beauty in your difference. Why would any guy want to date some one who looks just like the last person he dated or the same as every other girl in the world. Every one is trying to be just like every one else! Fighting to have the in clothes and the in style of Make-up, hair styles and every thing. Well what if you stop fighting for that and beat them. The others are the plain ones, They make them selves plain by blending in with the others, While you have a beauty that shines out pass them. You are a wonderful vibrant Red Tulip in the sea of plain dull Yellow ones.

Consider these thoughts about true beauty from Elder Lynn G. Robbins of the Seventy:

• A young woman whose countenance is aglow with both happiness and virtue radiates inner beauty.
• The virtuous smile is truly beautiful as it radiates in a totally natural way. This true beauty can’t be painted on but is a gift of the Spirit.
• Modesty is an outward sign and requirement for inward beauty.
• If you are discouraged about your appearance, it will help to see yourself through the eyes of those who love you. Hidden beauty seen by loved ones can become a mirror for self-improvements.
• The kind of man a virtuous woman wants to marry also “seeth not” as the natural man seeth (see 1 Samuel 16:7). He will be drawn to the true beauty she radiates from a pure and cheerful heart. The same is true for a young woman looking for a virtuous young man.
• Our Father in Heaven expects all of His children to choose the right, which is the only way to lasting happiness and inner beauty.
• With the Lord, there is no competition. All have an equal privilege to have His image engraven upon their countenances (see Alma 5:19). There is no truer beauty.

One of my Favorite stories is Johnny Lingo. He was in love with the Girl that the whole Island claimed to be ugly. She was taunted so much as growing up " Mahana you Ugly " She believed with all her heart that she was the most ugly girl in the world. But Johnny loved her past her outer looks. She was the most beautiful he had ever seen. After he left to find a new life he learned a great deal and became a very wealthy man. He had been Considered a curse before on the islands but when he returned to the Island he was seen as the most eligible of men. Even when he had the choice of any girl on the island his eyes only saw Her beauty. When all thought Mahana was barley worth one skinny Chicken, Johnny offered 8 Cows. So much had never been given for any wife. She was worth it though. When Mahana Started believing that she was worth the 8 cows every one else could see her Beauty.
"Johnny Lingo: Think what it must mean to a woman, her future husband meeting with her father to discuss the lowest price for which she can be bought. And later, when the women of the village gather, they boast of what their husbands paid for them - three cows, or five. How does she feel, the woman who was sold for one, or two? This could not happen to my Mahana.
Trader Harris: Johnny, I've misjudged you. I thought you were thinking only of how important you would look to your friends, paying 8 cows for a wife. I didn't know you wanted to make Mahana happy.
Johnny Lingo: More than happy, Mr. Harris. I wanted her to be an eight-cow woman.
Trader Harris: Johnny, I can't get over it, she's beautiful .
Johnny Lingo: I have loved her ever since we were children, she was always beautiful. But tell me, do you think 8 cows was too high a price for her ?
Trader Harris: Oh, no. "

May I Be like Mahana. May I Believe that I am an " 8 Cow Wife" And may you also believe you are.

I love this song for it fits perfectly how Mahana's only hope was waiting at the sea for her childhood friend, her only friend to return. And tho she did not know him when he did return, he still worked his hardest at earning her love.
